I just finished up a batch of the crowd pleasing Pineapple-Mango jam! I had wanted to make a batch of Island Rum, but alas, the peaches that I froze a few weeks ago are not cooperating....when I thaw them they turn brown at a breathtaking speed.....so sad.
I am planning on buying a table for a craft fair that will be held in November
