Isn't a shame how work gets in the way of IMPORTANT stuff? But now tbat the work day is over, i can get down go the science of remaking Tequila Sunrise Jelly. If all goes well, I plan to remake the batch of boubon peach and strawberry margarita, both are a bit sloosy....I probably added too much booze!
