What to do when you are awake early and don't have to work??? Why make jelly of course!
This morning I made Margarita Jelly...excellent choice! It has fresh limes with a hint of tequila and triple sec. Smells divine and gelled up perfectly. I plan to take it along to the Nissely's Vineyard concert series this weekend. http://www.nissleywine.com/lawn_concerts.htm
