What's Eating Gilbert Grape?

Jelly of course! Corny I know, but this grape jelly is divine.
Note to self, when making jelly......Hustle! As soon as jelly begins to cool, it well...gels and it does that rather well.

This grape jelly has a delicious tang, but sweet too and such a clear beautiful color. Next up I plan to make a Grape Moscato jelly. Por que? Because I have recently discovered moscato and have been doing my own personal taste test. So far I am loving Cavi moscato with Rex a close second.
