Strawberry Margarita and Bourbon Peach

     It seems like my newest batch of Strawberry Margarita and Bourbon Peach did not set up.  Humm what to do what to do.  According to an internet source it can take up to six weeks for jam to set....hummm
    The test jars tastes delicious...I guess I can always sell a line of ice cream and pancake toppings!  Mmmmmmmmm
    Bourbon Peach over vanilla ice cream!!
