There is just no comparison with local fruit and fruit in the grocery store...so that being said, I have some peaches in the freezer that I prepared from local peaches that I can jam. But other than that I am turning my attention to jellies....such as Mimosa Jelly, the allusive Tequila Sunrise Jelly, Mint Julip Jelly and Appletini Jelly...at least until local fruit is back in season. Maybe 6 months away till strawberries??
By the way, The Strawberry-Pineapple Jam is bangin'! Mmmmmmmmmmmmm
