I just came across a recipe for Strawberry Pineapple Jam and I think that I have just enough strawberries to seal the deal. I think that this will be my last batch of strawberries till they come back in season. Local strawberries are just so much better than the ones that are in the grocery stores. The local one are redder and are bursting with that fresh awesome taste! I think it is worth the wait
